Rover's Makeovers -Mr. Sweetheart!
The pup-tastic grooming staff at Rover Oaks Pet Resort in Katy are helping animals from Citizens for Animal Protection (CAP) go from bow to wow by providing weekly doggie makeovers for lucky CAP dogs each Wednesday. The pups also receive a free grooming certificate from Rover Oaks Katy so their new adoptive parents can continue to keep them looking their best!
This week we only have one candidate, Mr. Sweetheart! Check him out BEFORE his Rover’s Makeover!

Sweetheart (incoming ID 19169123)...as his name implies, is a VERY sweet little boy, although he might appreciate a more manly name once he is adopted. He is approximately five years old, a schnauzer/terrier/poodle mix. Sweetheart was a stray found near Fry and Clay Roads. He was severely matted so had to be shaved and start over. Although he was very fearful, he was extremely good and patient for the groomer, and we know he feels better now. Sweetheart's stray hold is up on 2/22, at which time he will be looking for a home with someone who will promise to keep him safe and off the streets.
Check out Mr. Sweetheart NOW!

Sweetheart and many other wonderful dogs, cats and small animals, are waiting patiently for loving homes at Citizens for Animal Protection, 17555 Katy Freeway (I-10 near Barker-Cypress) in Houston TX. You can also visit them on the web at www.cap4pets.org, but as there are many more pets at the shelter than are listed on the website, it is definitely worth a visit. Hurry over to CAP...your new best friend is waiting to meet you!
