How Are Your Designs Made?
We make all of our designs in-house. Our love of four-legged family members runs deep and each towel design is directly inspired by the life we share with our dogs. Check out our blog for stories behind each of the towels. Make sure you follow our social media channels where we often print live from our farm so you can see our processes up close and personally and ask questions directly to us.
How Are The Products Shipped?
Our products are shipped to you in compostable mailers, with compostable mailing labels and are shipped with carbon offsets. Our economy and free promotional shipping options are sent through the USPS, but you can also choose expedited shipping through FedEx and UPS.

When Will My Order Ship?
There is one day of processing before any order is shipped. All orders received by 12PM CST are shipped the next day. Orders received after 12PM CST are officially "received" the following day. We are closed for order processing on Saturday and Sunday.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Should your order arrive damaged or not to your expectations, contact us through our website for return and refund information. All returns must be in original condition with all tags attached.
How Should I Care For My Towels?
We're glad you asked! Do NOT use fabric softener on your towels. (You shouldn't use it on any of your laundry, either!) Fabric softeners add harmful chemicals to our environment, will leave residue in your washing machine, and will make your towels *less* absorbent. Instead, add white vinegar to the fabric softener dispenser of your washing machine.
